Each year MER Experience hotels sell out. If you do not have a confirmed hotel reservation, we strongly recommend you make your hotel reservation immediately. Hotel reservations can be made by clicking the link below and following the directions on our custom web site.
Our discounted room rate of $284 per room per night will be available until April 15, 2017 or until our room block is full. Rooms will be filled on a first come first served basis. Government rated rooms, at the rate of $222, can also be made on this web site. You will need to show a valid federal government ID to receive the special rate.
You can make, modify or cancel your reservation on this website or at 1-877-303-0104 until 3 days before the group arrival. The Hotel will take all calls for the group within the 3 days of arrival at 1-800-228-9290
Should you experience any problems, please contact the Conference Administrator, Chris Glatz at 1-800-200-7667. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservation early.
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation directly from the hotel with the details of your reservation and hotel terms and conditions. Please contact the hotel directly if you have any questions or changes to be made regarding your reservation.
