Register By Fax

If you would prefer to register by fax, please download our PDF registration form. Then simply print it, fill it out and fax it back to us at 1-800-FAX-7667.
(US only. Please fax international orders to 815-469-1901.)

You will be notified by email or phone when your registration has been completed. If you encounter any problems with this process, please contact us to let us resolve the issue.

Conference Registration Details

  • The registration cost for the MER Conference is $ 1695.00 and includes a continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday and evening receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
  • The registration cost for the MER Pre-Conference Tutorials is $ 645.00 . There are three Tutorial tracks. You need to select at the time you register the Tutorial that you would like to attend.
  • The MER Conference and the Pre-Conference Tutorials are limited attendance educational events where final acceptance of all registrations is conditioned upon availability of space.

Need a copy of your receipt?

If you registered online, you may get a copy of you MER Conference registration details by entering the email address used to register. An email will be sent to the address along with a PDF attachment containing the receipt.
