Attendance Certificate: Can I receive a Certificate of Attendance for attending the MER?

Yes and here is how it is done. Everyone attending MER will receive a MERmail regarding a Certificate of Attendance shortly after the conference. The MERmail will provide all registrants with an opportunity to receive a certificate by with an easy e-mail affirmative response. You will receive your Attendance Certificate approximately four weeks after the conference.

Attire for MER: What is the dress code?

Registrants typically dress as they do for work with "business casual" being the minimal level. We want you to be comfortable as you learn at MER. Many have found that a light sweater or jacket is very nice to have.

Cancellation Policy: What is MER's Cancellation Policy?

The entire registration fee for MER and the pre-conference tutorials will be refunded, less a $50 service charge, if the cancellation request is received by Cohasset Associates, Inc. fourteen (14) days prior to conference. Cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% registration refund. Registrants who do not notify Cohasset Associates of their cancellation seven days before the conference are responsible for their entire conference and pre-conference (as applicable) registration fee.

Conference Cost: How much is MER registration?

Registration for MER 2008 is $1695.00.

Conference Includes: What does the conference registration include?

MER conference registration includes:

• Registration to all sessions the attendee elects to attend.
• Conference Notebook containing all of the PowerPoint Slides used in every session.
• Set of two audio CDs containing every conference session - so you will not miss any session and you can share the sessions with your business associates.
• Three-course lunches (on Monday and Tuesday).
• Welcoming Reception Sunday evening (from 5 to 7 pm at the Westin hotel).
• Two two-hour Networking Receptions (from 5 to 7 pm on Monday and Tuesday).
• Light breakfasts before first sessions (on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
• Morning and afternoon refreshments throughout the conference.

Government Discount: Is there MER registration fee discount for government?

There is no government discount for MER registration or pre-conference tutorials.

Kickoff Time: What time is the first session?

Sessions begin promptly at 8:30 am every day of the conference. Note: on the first day of the conference, you will need to check in at the MER Registration Center to verify your attendance and receive your MER conference registrant name badge. Please plan to do this by 8:15 am.

Receive CDs: When will I receive my set of audio CDs for the conference?

You will receive your MER audio CD set about six to eight weeks after the conference.

Registration Center: Where is the MER Registration Center located?

The MER Registration Center will be located on the second floor of the Westin hotel adjacent to the Wellington Ballroom where the opening sessions will be held.

Shipping Notebook: Is it possible to have my MER Conference Notebook shipped to my office at the end of the conference?

Yes, the MER Conference Administrative Team would be pleased to pack and oversee the shipping of your MER Conference Notebook to your office by Federal Express two-day service. All shipments must be sent "Bill to Recipient". Bring your organization's Federal Express account number so that you can complete the shipping form.

Substitutions: If I can't attend, can I send someone in my place?

Yes someone else can attend in your place. Please contact the MER Conference Administrator (mer@cohasset.com) so that the correct registrant information is reflected in our records and on the registrant's name badge.

Tutorial Cost: How much are the pre-conference tutorials?

Registration for the pre-conference tutorials is $645.00. Pre-conference tutorial registration is not included in the conference registration.

• Registration to any one of the pre-conference tutorials.
• Pre-conference tutorial notebook for the pre-conference tutorial that the registrant attends.
