The legal constructs behind records and information management as well as legal preservation and production duties have struggled to keep pace. At the same time, more mature records systems, both paper and electronic, continue in importance and on the electronic side, are challenged by the sheer volume of data.

The objective of this session is to energize and enable RIM professionals to understand the emerging trends and help their organizations seize opportunities for improving records and information management practices, enhancing corporate compliance efforts and achieving meaningful risk reduction in the enterprise.
