What is Assured Records Management? Simply put, Assured Records Management (ARM) is a methodology developed by Cohasset Associates to enable you to:

1. Apply appropriate records and information management performance standards

You will leave the session equipped with an understanding of the ARM advantage and the tools and processes needed to create a credible and effective RIM strategy and program which:
