A limited amount of Government rates are available for $171.00/night. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservation early.

Reservation deadline to receive the conference rate is April 6, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The hotel will accept reservations at the MER Conference rate until the block of rooms is filled or the deadline of April 6, 2012; whatever comes first. Please reserve your room early.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your reservation directly from the hotel. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
