A block of rooms has been set aside for conference attendees at The Westin Michigan Avenue. Room rates are $249/night for single/double occupancy plus taxes. A limited amount of Government rates are available. Make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling (312) 943-7200 or (888) 627-8385, and referencing the Cohasset Associates MER Conference. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservation early.

Reservation deadline to receive the conference rate is April 21, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The hotel will accept reservations at the MER Conference rate until the block of rooms is filled or the deadline of April 21, 2010; whatever comes first. Please reserve your room early.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your reservation directly from the hotel. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
