Yes! At the conclusion of the conference, all registered attendees can download their own PDF certificate from their personal myMER page
Your Certificate of Attendance enables you to apply for professional credits with various organizations such as the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM).

The entire registration fee for MER and the pre-conference tutorials will be refunded, less a $50 service charge, if the cancellation request is received by Cohasset Associates, Inc. fourteen (14) days prior to conference. Cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% registration refund. Registrants who do not notify Cohasset Associates of their cancellation seven days before the conference are responsible for their entire conference and pre-conference (as applicable) registration fee.
MER conference registration includes:
- Registration to all sessions the attendee elects to attend.
- Access to myMER, which provides the ability to "personalize" your conference experience, book personal and exhibitor appointments, download session materials, and take notes via personal handheld devices or laptops...(and much more).
- Three-course lunches (on Monday and Tuesday).
- Welcoming Reception Sunday evening (from 5 to 7 pm at the Westin hotel).
- Two two-hour Networking Receptions (from 5 to 7 pm on Monday and Tuesday).
- Light breakfasts before first sessions (on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
- Morning and afternoon refreshments throughout the conference.
- Free 30 day access to MER 2012 sessions on RIM on Demand (www.rimeducation.com) post-conference.

It is important to register for myMER in order to download all session materials before the conference. There will be no notebooks, as in previous years. The MER Conference has "gone green". It would be helpful for you to have your laptop, iPad, iPhone, iPod, or any personal handheld device or smartphone as you will have access to the materials and can take notes via myMER before, during, and after the conference. If you do not have a device, please print all materials and bring them with you to the conference so that you may take manual notes. If you have a device that can access myMER during the conference and wish to still have paper materials, please print all materials and bring them with you to the conference.
