Elizabeth is currently the Manager of Archives Services at the Ford Motor Company, where she has worked to reengineer their corporate archives program and establish a worldwide network of Ford Motor archival repositories. She has held office in many professional organizations, such as the Academy of Certified Archivists and the Society of American Archivists.

Cohasset Associates, Inc.

Jackie Algon is a senior consultant for Cohasset Associates, Inc. with expertise in RIM policy and supporting programs including training, governance, risk management, vital records, retention schedule development, compliance assessment, business requirements for technology integration, project management and team leadership. Prior to consulting, her career included 35 years with multinational corporation, Merck & Co., Inc. Most of that time related to directing information-based functions. As a member of the original Sedona Conference®, Jackie was a co-editor of the Sedona Conference Principles, a hallmark document in IM. She holds a PhD in Information Science from Rutgers University School of Communications, Information and Library Studies.

Former General Counsel, BASF Corporation

Tom served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of BASF Corporation from 1993 to 2004 and subsequently as Senior Counsel to Mayer, Brown. He was an early advocate of the need for amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to achieve e-discovery reform and helped formulate the Sedona Principles. He currently co-chairs the E-Discovery Committee of the Lawyers for Civil Justice and the Steering Committee of the Sedona Conference® Working Group One and was an Editor of the Second Edition of the Sedona Principles. Mr. Allman resides in Cincinnati and New York City and received his J.D. from Yale Law School. He writes and speaks widely on e-discovery and recently delivered the keynote address at LEGALTECH2008.

Mike is the President of Gimmal Group, a leading ECM systems integrator. He serves on the 2007 AIIM Conference Committee, EmTAG, and Accreditation Committee, and is a member of the AIIM Board of Directors. Angela Amrine has worked for Discount Tire Company for eight years where she has spent her career in IT in a variety of roles providing technical and IT relationship support to the organization. In 2008, she helped form R.A.D.A.R. (Reliable Access to Documents & Records), the team and project responsible for implementing records management and ECM at Discount Tire. Angela utilizes her technical and customer service background to provide a practical, tailored approach to change management, as well as to sustaining their RIM program. Janice is CEO of Access Sciences Corporation, a 23 year-old information management professional services and technology firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. Janice attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor's degree, and Florida State University, where she earned a Master's degree in library science. In cooperation with the Swedish National Archives, Dr. Andersson has directed the development of a unique way to archive records electronically so that their long-term usability and maintainability are ensured while also preserving their evidential value.

Alan is president of Naremco, a management consulting firm founded by Emmett Leahy that has been providing records and information management services since 1948. During the past two decades, he has pioneered practical techniques to manage digital records and lectured on their application in Japan, China, Malaysia, and Europe. Roger has more 29 years of experience in research and development, marketing and management in high tech. Before joining COPAN Systems, he consulted with several IT startups and small companies. Roger also held Vice President and General Manager positions at Hewlett Packard, Compaq, and StorageTek. Additionally, early in his career, he played a key role in the development and introduction of the HP LaserJet printer. As the VP and GM of Enterprise Storage Arrays at Compaq, Roger had worldwide responsibility of the Compaq StorageWorks storage solutions, and during this time, Compaq became the largest storage provider in the world. Lori Ashley is a Wisconsin-based consultant, editor, and educator dedicated to helping public and private sector clients improve the performance of their record and information management practices and systems. Project engagements range from strategic planning, classification and taxonomy development, gap analysis and capability modeling, and retention schedule aggregation and modernization. A Senior Consultant with Cohasset Associates since 2003, she co-wrote the 2007 White Paper, 'Electronic Records Management Survey: A Renewed Call to Action,' and is currently preparing the 2009 survey for release.

Katherine is the Chief Medical Information Officer for Holy Cross Hospital, Trinity Health System, and Silver Springs, MD. She also is a visiting Assistant Professor of Health Informatics at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine in Baltimore. Her areas of expertise include: informatics initiatives that facilitate data-driven redesign of clinical processes and workflow; process improvements to advance healthcare quality, affordability, and accessibility. Craig is a trial lawyer, technologist and computer forensic examiner. He also is a prolific contributor to continuing legal and professional education programs throughout the United States., having delivered over 350 presentations and papers. Craig's articles on forensic technology and electronic discovery frequently appear in the national media, including in American Bar Association, ATLA and American Lawyer Media print and online publications. William (Bill) Ballard is a senior project manager with the City of Toronto, focusing on enterprise information strategy and policy. He has extensive experience in information management for the municipal and provincial government sectors in Canada, with a particular interest in the enterprise management of electronic information and the challenges it presents for large organizations. Bill believes that information management is about transformational enterprise change and that a strategic, integrated, cross-disciplinary approach that connects with governance at the highest levels in an organization is necessary for success. David is president of Archives & Museum Informatics, a Pittsburgh-based consulting firm. Mr. Bearman proposed the "Guidelines for Electronic Records Management Policy" that were adopted by the United Nations Administrative Coordinating Committee on Information Systems in 1990. Previously, he served as director of the National Information Systems Task Force of the Society of American Archivists. Mr. Butterfield is a partner at Hausfeld LLP, a global claimants' law firm. He focuses his practice on antitrust litigation and electronic discovery. Mr. Butterfield developed his interest in electronic discovery in the early 1990's when led the design and implementation of an electronic document repository to manage more than 15 million pages of documents in a complex securities case. Jason is a lead program manager at the Microsoft Corporation working in the Office product unit. Ren is the Assistant Archivist for Human Resources and Information Services and Chief Information Officer at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Archivist of the United States, Mr. Carlin is the head of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). From 1978 to 1987, he served as the Governor of Kansas and was elected Chairman of the National Governors Association in 1984 - 85. Following his political career, Mr. Carlin joined the faculty of Wicita State University, teaching graduate courses in public administration. He also served as CEO of Midwest Superconductivity and as partner in Clark Publishing Company in Topeka. In 1987, Mr. Carlin received an honorary Doctor of Law degree from his alma mater, Kansas State University.
